SAP is a world class product being implemented in hundreds of countries. The uniqueness of SAP is that it can be customised for different types of requirements as per a country's tax and other statutory needs thus resulting in an expectation for a very wide variety of skills. We at PIND are fully aware of this and have the ability to provide resources to suit any regional needs. We also have candidates with industry-specific experience and skills.
Our interview process is very structured and intense. After a preliminary screening , we have minimum 2 rounds of interviews in which we assess several qualities of the candidates like domain experience, technical expertise, ability to work in a team, leadership qualities, culture-fitness for a region and above all communication skills. While we look for strong technical capabilities, we also look for strong communication skills and capability to take ownership of tasks.
We prepare a comprehensive document called "IFS" -"Interview Feedback Sheet" clearly explaining the rationale for recommending a candidate.
