SAP is a world class product being implemented in hundreds of countries. The uniqueness of SAP is that it can be customised for different types of requirements as per a country's tax and other statutory needs thus resulting in an expectation for a very wide variety of skills. Our interview process is very structured and intense. After a preliminary screening , we have minimum 2 rounds of interviews in which we assess several qualities of the candidates like domain experience, technical expertise, ability to work in a team, leadership qualities, culture-fitness for a region and above all communication skills. While we look for strong technical capabilities, we also look for strong communication skills and capability to take ownership of tasks.
We prepare a comprehensive document called "IFS" -"Interview Feedback Sheet" clearly explaining the rationale for recommending a candidate.
